Daol is neither affiliated with any university nor has sought de-jure recognition for its academic programs from any statutory body. Daol Students must categorically know that Daol does not give any degrees or has given any degrees ever since its inception.

This document is an electronic record in terms of the Information Technology Act, 2000, amendments thereof from time to time, and the rules thereunder as applicable, including the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000. This document is an electronically generated record and does not require any physical or digital signatures.


Please read the terms and conditions carefully before registering, accessing, or using Daol’s services (defined below). These terms and conditions are a legal contract ("Agreement") between You and Invact School Private Limited (referred to as “Company” or “Daol”) having its registered office at Villa A1, Olympia Enchante, Prestige Ozone, Whitefield, Bengaluru - 560066, India.


You agree and acknowledge that you have read the terms and conditions set forth below, along with the Privacy Policy provided on the website “www.daol.in”. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use or do not wish to be bound by these terms and use and/or Privacy Policy, you may not use the Services and/or must immediately terminate the Services and/or uninstall the mobile application. We may amend the terms and conditions at any time by posting an updated version on the Daol website(s), Daol Application(s), or Daol Platform(s). The updated version of the Terms of Use shall take effect immediately upon posting. It is Your responsibility to review these Terms of Use periodically for updates/changes. Your continued use of Daol Website(s), Application(s), and/or Platform(s) following the posting of changes will mean that You accept and agree to the revisions, including additional Terms, modifications, or removal of portions of these Terms.


As long as You comply with these Terms of Use, We grant You a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited privilege to enter and avail the Services. USING DAOL WEBSITE(S), APPLICATION(S), PLATFORM(S), SERVICES INDICATES YOUR AGREEMENT TO ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SPECIFIED HEREIN AND THE PRIVACY POLICY, SO PLEASE CAREFULLY READ THE TERMS OF USE AND PRIVACY POLICY BEFORE PROCEEDING. By expressly or impliedly accepting these Terms of Use, You also accept and agree to be bound by Daol’s Policies (including but not limited to Privacy Policy, Terms of Use) available on the Daol Website(s), Application(s), and Platform(s) as amended from time to time.

Definition

• “We”, “Us”, “Our”, “Company”, “Daol” - shall refer to Invact School Private Limited and its entities.

  • “You”, “Yours”, “User”, “Yourself”, “Daol User” - refers to any non-registered individual or corporate body, registered user of Daol and Daol entities, including but not limited to Daol customers or Business Partners.

  • “Business Partners” – refers to any individual or group of individuals with whom Daol or Daol Entities have a contractual relationship, including but not limited to educational institutes, colleges, schools, teachers, ed-tech companies, advertisers, financial institutions, etc.

  • "Code of Conduct" - means the code of conduct required to be followed by all the students enrolled in various courses/programs/seminars/other services offered by Daol, which may be amended from time to time without notice. It shall be presumed that You review the Code of Conduct on a regular basis.

  • “Content/Daol Content” means any and all information and data, which may include but not be limited to text, software, scripts, graphics, maps, photos, sounds, music, projects, courses, programs, assignments, presentations, lectures, conversations in virtual spaces, videos, logos, offers, advertisements, virtual classes, interactive features, video lessons, quizzes, homework assignments, programming assignments, code, and other images, text, layouts, arrangements, displays, illustrations, documents, materials, audio and video clips, HTML, and other files available on Daol’s Application, Platform, and Website.

  • “Force Majeure” shall mean any event that is beyond the reasonable control of Daol, including but not limited to war, riots, fire, floods, acts of god, strikes, lockouts, satellite failure, civil commotion, computer hacking, unauthorized access to computer data, and acts of state, governmental, legal, or regulatory actions prohibiting Daol from performing its obligations.

  • “Application/Daol Application” means the mobile or web application(s) hosted by Daol and/or Daol entities to provide services to its users.

  • “Website/Daol Website” refers to www.daol.in, which is registered by Daol and used as a medium to communicate and inform users of services provided by Daol.

  • “Platform/Daol Platform” refers to any platform owned by Daol, including but not limited to websites, mobile applications, AR applications, devices, URLs/links, notifications, chatbots, or other communication mediums used by Daol to provide its services to Users.

  • “Services/Daol Services” includes all services provided by Daol through the Application, Website, and Platforms, including but not limited to virtual courses, programs, seminars, assignments, tests, evaluations, and placement services.

  • “Service Providers” refers to any individual or group of individuals whose services are used by Daol in order to provide the intended services to You through the Website, Application, or Platform.

  • “Terms of Use”/“Terms” are used interchangeably and shall have the same meaning.

Eligibility

By accessing the services of Daol through the Website, Application, or Platform, You represent that:

  • You are 18 years of age or older. In case you are below 18 years, it is presumed/implied that you are doing so under the consent of your legal guardian.

  • You are capable of entering into a contract/legally binding agreement either directly or through your legal guardian.

  • You are not barred or otherwise legally prohibited from accessing or using services of Daol under the laws of India.

  • You are not impersonating any person or entity or falsely stating your age or affiliation with any person or entity.

Conduct Policy of the User

Whether you have enrolled in any Daol Services or are simply browsing the Website, Application, or Platform, once you have accessed these platforms and/or any Daol Services, you shall be considered a ‘user’ for the purpose of these Terms and Conditions. You are responsible for all your activities in connection with the use of the Website, Application, Platform, and/or any Daol Services. You hereby agree to fully comply with all applicable local, provincial, state, national, and foreign laws, treaties, and regulations in connection with such use.

You shall not:

  • Resort to any unethical practices while using the Website, Application, Platform, and/or Daol Services.

  • Post or transmit any communication or solicitation or other phishing, pharming, or whaling message designed or intended to obtain personal or confidential information from any user.

  • Post online any secured testing materials.

  • Share solutions to assignments or exams.

  • Engage in harassment of other users, students, attendees, instructors, teachers, professors, guest lecturers, mentors, agents, or visitors.

  • Create an atmosphere of disharmony or hostility within student groups.

  • Cheat on any assignments, exams, or assessments for Daol Services.

  • Notify the instructors immediately if you become aware of any other user cheating or breaching these Terms and comply with the specific applicable Code of Conduct relating to the Daol Services you are enrolled in.

Daol reserves the right to report any suspicious or illegal activity to the appropriate authorities without notice to You.

User Accounts, User Registration, and Delivery of Services

To participate in Daol Services, you must register for a personal account (“User Account”) by undergoing the registration process and creating unique credentials (User ID, password). Upon payment of applicable fees for the respective Daol Services, either in part or in full, you agree to abide by these terms, the Code of Conduct, and any other terms specific to the respective Daol Services. Once payment is confirmed, Daol will grant you access to the said Service.

You agree:

  • To never divulge or share access to Your User Account credentials with any third party.

  • That you will create and use only one User Account and not use any account other than your own.

  • To provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep it updated.

If any information provided by you is untrue, inaccurate, or incomplete, Daol reserves the right to terminate your use of Daol Services, Platform, Website, or Application.

In addition to the registration process, Daol may collect and use certain information about your performance while using Daol Services. Some of this information may be Personally Identifiable Information. Daol may share such information with Business Partners or prospective employers, as further detailed in our Privacy Policy.

Use of Services

Daol reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify any course, program, service, or lecture/webinar, including changes to the structure of assignments, tests, projects, and evaluations. You also understand that Daol may limit, suspend, or terminate your access to the Daol Services, Website, Platform, or Application, without liability.

Termination of your participation in Daol Services may occur under the following circumstances:

  • Breach of these Terms or the Code of Conduct.

  • Violation of intellectual property rights or unauthorized content sharing.

  • Any other reason deemed necessary by Daol at its sole discretion.

Educational Partners and Accreditation

Daol is NEITHER a university NOR affiliated with any university/association. Daol is an educational service provider offering courses and programs in consultation with Indian and international universities, educational institutions, governmental authorities, NGOs, and corporates.


Certain courses/programs may be provided directly by Daol, and others in partnership with Educational Partners. Any degree/diploma programs provided by Educational Partners are separate from the courses or programs directly offered by Daol.

Daol does not provide any academic credit or certification equivalent to any degree or diploma. Participation in Daol’s courses does not enroll or register you in any university or affiliated institution.

Intellectual Property Rights of Daol

Daol respects third-party intellectual property rights and expects the same from its users. If Daol receives proper notification of alleged infringement, it will take appropriate action, including removing or disabling access to infringing materials.

You agree not to incorporate the word “Daol” or any Daol trademarks, logos, or intellectual property into your works, presentations, or domain names without prior written approval from Daol.


Any unauthorized use of Daol intellectual property will result in immediate termination of access to Daol’s Services, and the user will be liable for any claims that arise as a result of such unauthorized use.

Limited License

The services provided by Daol on its Platform, Application, and Website are licensed for limited use and not sold or assigned. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to access and use Daol’s services for personal, non-commercial purposes.


You may download portions of Daol Content, but only for personal, non-commercial use, provided that all copyright notices are maintained. You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software used to operate the Platform, Website, or Application.

User Content

The Platform, Website, or Application may allow you to upload assignments, discussions, or other content. By submitting such content, you assign Daol a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, distribute, modify, and publicly display such User Content for any purpose.

Daol reserves the right to remove any User Content at any time and for any reason.

Disclaimer

Daol is NOT an accredited university and does not issue any degrees. The courses provided by Daol are designed to supplement educational knowledge but are not a substitute for formal education. Daol does not guarantee job placement or exam success.

Limitation of Liability

Daol will not be liable for any damages arising out of the use of its services, Platform, Website, or Application. Daol reserves the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies on its Platform without prior notice.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Daol harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform, Application, Website, or Services.

Termination of Rights

Daol may terminate your account or access to its services at any time without prior notice if you breach these Terms, infringe on intellectual property rights, or violate the Code of Conduct.

Miscellaneous Provisions

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka. Arbitration will be conducted under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1956, with the seat of arbitration in Bengaluru.
